It starts from public information, and the company decides how far to go. What happens is kept by both sides as the same dated record.

From early 2027, and only with the company's consent, Presigna places technology cards that a Korean biotech has reviewed itself, with the disclosure scope it set, where pharma BD teams that Presigna has checked and that pay for access, and their AI tools, can read them.

Pharma companies without a BD presence in Korea use those cards to see the current terms and open items the company itself approved, and send permitted questions to receive official answers.

Confidentiality agreements (CDAs) are signed outside, on the pharma company's own form as today; Presigna is not a party, and both sides keep the same dated record from access request to CDA confirmation.

How it works
The order in which pharma reviews a technology stays the same.
Pharma always reviews biotech technology in the same order: a first screen on public information, then its own CDA form when it wants more, then confidential materials. Presigna does not change that order.

Card review
The biotech receives its company card, drafted by AI from public sources only, and reviews and corrects it itself.

Disclosure scope
Only for questions public sources leave empty, the company chooses: answer now, answer on request, after CDA is recorded, or not answered. Values already public are reviewed as correct, fixed, or not shown.

Official answers
From early 2027, checked, paying pharma BD teams and their AI tools can read the card. When a question arrives on an 'on request' item, the answer the company approved goes back as the official answer.

CDA signature
When an access request arrives, the company approves it and authorized signers sign the CDA the usual way. Pharma does nothing beyond its usual signature confirmation email.

Materials
The biotech (or both sides) notes in Presigna that the CDA was signed, and the biotech sends materials directly.
Presigna is not a party to the CDA and receives neither its text nor confidential materials. It keeps three things: a fingerprint of the signed copy (it shows later that a document is the same one, without keeping the document), the signature confirmation, and the time.
For biotechs, card review and correction, disclosure scope, receiving and answering questions, and the pre-CDA record are free (basic participation). Biotechs that want answer drafts for the questions they receive take a paid membership. Pharma companies abroad see cards and send questions with a field subscription. Using the actual cards and answers is paid for every pharma company; samples are available before payment.
