For Korean biotechs
Your company card, drafted from public sources. Check and correct it yourself.
Pharma BD teams in Korea and abroad with a subscription read your card all year round. Your checks and corrections appear with it if you consent to showing your submissions. Reviewing and correcting your company card and setting its disclosure scope are free.
Request your company card by email
Your email app opens. Send us your company name; we check it and send you a private link for your company. If you already received an email from Presigna, use the link in that email.

What biotechs get first
You correct how your company is described.
- We first build your company card from public information and send it to you.
- Every item carries its source. When you check and correct it, we will help make your corrections the reference information on your company.
- Your card is visible to pharma BD teams in Korea and abroad that hold a subscription, and to their AI lookup tools. Information you have not checked is marked 'not confirmed by the company'; your corrections and answers are shown only if you consent to showing your submissions. It is not published on the open web.

Answer drafts
We draft answers to the questions you receive, based on your card and the answers you approved; you edit and approve them.
Answer readiness check
Based on the 20 questions pharma asks in a review, we list the answers you should confirm and the non-confidential materials worth preparing.
Meeting arrangement
We schedule the meetings pharma requests and you accept, and put the expected questions and the answers you confirmed on one page.
Paid membership does not change the order or scope in which pharma sees you.
Membership and prices are on the guide page behind your company link (in Korean).
How it works
We follow pharma's usual review order.
Pharma teams usually screen on public information first, send their own CDA form when they want more, and receive confidential materials after signing. Presigna does not change that order.
- 1
Card review
The biotech receives its company card, drafted by AI from public sources only, and reviews and corrects it itself.
- 2
Disclosure scope
Only for questions public sources leave empty, the company chooses: answer now, answer on request, after CDA is recorded, or not answered. Values already public are reviewed as correct, corrected, or not shown.
- 3
Questions and answers
Pharma BD teams that Presigna has checked and that pay for access, and their AI tools, read the card. When a question arrives on an 'answer on request' item, only an answer the company chooses to give and approves goes back.
- 4
CDA signature
When an access request arrives, the company approves it and authorized signers sign the CDA the usual way. Pharma does nothing beyond its usual signature confirmation email.
- 5
Materials
The biotech (or both sides) notes in Presigna that the CDA was signed, and the biotech sends materials directly.
Presigna's role
Presigna is not a party to the CDA and receives neither its text nor confidential materials.
How the CDA record works
When a CDA is recorded, Presigna keeps three things: a fingerprint of the signed copy (it shows later that a document is the same one, without keeping the document), the signature confirmation, and the time.
